Universal Oil Pump Unit, #3755420, is presently listed in the Master Parts Catalog as fitting 265, 283, and 348 cu. in. engines. This is not completely accurate, since the Instruction Sheet contained in the package does not clarify installation on a 348 cu. in. engine.
