The 2009 Scottsdale, AZ Barrett-Jackson auction saw a 1960 Impala Sport Sedan sell for $24,200 after the 10% buyers premium. This very same car was sold by B.J. in 2006 in Palm Beach, FL for $21,600. One of the announcers at the Scottsdale auction said the car was part of the General Motors Heritage Collection, which explains why this car was the one seen at the 2008 Chicago Auto Show on the back of a new GM flatbed truck. B.J. sure can bring in the bux!
